I was skeptical at first, but these have become a staple in my nighttime routine. You will need to wear socks so they stay put all night without making a mess. I wake up feeling like my feet are less 'heavy' and much more relaxed. Just a heads up: the pads definitely turn dark by morning, which is normal for these!

I’m not really a review type of gal but oh my word I love these foot patches, for reference I’m 22 and I work a very hands on high stress job and when I tell you the first morning after wearing them overnight the way I woke up so calm and relaxed. And the entire day you feel that way. I feel so refreshed and didn’t realize these little foot patches would work wonders. And I actually slept the night as well! I also haven’t had any issue with the residue left over if I’m being honest, but I wear socks to bed so maybe that’s why. These aren’t necessarily detox patches, these are stimulant patches. The black gunk that is going to be on the pads in the morning is just from the stuff that activates overnight. This is used as a stress reliever/lain reliever and it targets different parts of your body! I will be using them every night moving forward! The difference in my stress levels is absolutely drastic. Buy these patches you’re not gonna regret it, and if you do then I owe you 10 bucks lol. Also an added bonus it’s helped with my bloating for whatever reason on top of stress relief ;)

These foot pads it is a great product works well removing toxic from your body relax you and you sleep better if you have itchy feet from medication it works. Also I do recommend this product. It’s worth every dime. It’s one of the best foot pads I use in a long time. Thank you.

They smell ok & they are very effective. The pads turn black by the morning. So all you are seeing is the detox material, nothing to worry about. Great for pain relief.

I really like these foot patches because they’re easy to use and very comfortable to wear overnight. My feet feel softer and refreshed after using them, and I love that the package comes with several patches. Definitely worth trying!

The adhesive is very strong so takes me a while to peel off but I’m guessing taking a shower in the morning would help this come off easier but generally giving me a lot of relief

These pads help feet feel relax. The adhesive is strong. For use 8 hours. Easy to put on & take off. No smell to them

These pads are black on the bottom every time I use them. I guess that means they are doing their job.

So far so good and at least I’m getting a lot of relief in the night

I'll use the pads for one month , then I should know if the appearance on the pads are lighter

I don't know yet if it's working it has not been a week of using it, but I see all the black crap coming out of my feet. Will have to continue using it to see if this product is good enough to use.

I’ve noticed I’m sleeping a bit more soundly since I started using them. Great way to pamper yourself after a long day of standing. Very happy with the quality.
